Shipping policy

KORIAAN ships across India. Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹299 and above. Orders below ₹299 incur a ₹49 standard shipping fee. Our current estimated delivery time is 4–6 days, depending on destination and courier movement. Most orders are dispatched the next day; dispatch may take up to 48 hours depending on order timing and operational circumstances. We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders. After checkout, a shipment/tracking ID is sent by email or message through our courier partners. Use that ID to view tracking updates and the latest estimated delivery information available for your shipment.

Dispatch timing may vary based on order timing and operational circumstances. Next-day dispatch is our usual target, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and may vary by destination and courier movement. If an order is delayed, tracking fails, or delivery cannot be completed, contact us with your order number so we can check with the delivery partner and advise on next steps. Keep your delivery contact details and address accurate; address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
